Iraq Slams U.S. and Israel for Using Its Airspace to Launch Attacks on Iran, ‘Do Not Exploit…’

Iraq has strongly condemned the use of its airspace by the U.S. and Israel for launching attacks on Iran, calling it a violation of its sovereignty.

The country’s National Security Advisor, Qasim al-Araji, reiterated Iraq’s firm stance against the exploitation of its territory for military actions against any neighbouring nation.

This follows allegations that Israel used U.S.-controlled airspace over Iraq to conduct airstrikes on Iranian military sites.

Iraq has submitted formal protests to the United Nations, demanding accountability for the breach of its airspace and emphasising its commitment to maintaining neutrality and regional peace.
