Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, accompanied by First Lady Emine Erdogan, has arrived in Tianjin, China, for the 25th Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of State Council summit. This marks Erdogan’s first visit to China in five years, amid growing strategic and economic ties between Ankara and Beijing. During the summit, Erdogan is expected to hold high-level bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and other key world leaders. Turkish ministers, including the Foreign Affairs Minister Hakan Fidan and Defence Minister Yasar Guler, are also part of the delegation.
