One such woman is Manjula Mishra, MD of Holosafe Labels Pvt.
Ltd.
Originally from Bihar, she pursued her education in West Bengal before moving to Delhi in search of employment.
Through her experiences in the job market, she gained insights into the entrepreneurial journey.
In 2008, Manjula Mishra co-founded her company with her husband.
Today, her Greater Noida-based company employs around 150 people, with 25% of the workforce being women.
According to Manjula, women are primarily engaged in packaging, while some trained women operate machinery.
Despite facing significant challenges in the early days, she persevered and has now established herself as a successful entrepreneur.
