Scott Gordon Perry is an American politician and retired U.S. Army National Guard brigadier general who is the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania's 10th congressional district. His district, numbered the 4th district from 2013 to 2019, includes Harrisburg, York, and most of the inner suburbs. Perry serves on the House Transportation, Infrastructure, and Foreign Affairs committees.
