Jio 5G across India by December, wireless net launch in September

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani announced the launch of Jio AirFiber, a high-speed broadband service that provides connectivity to homes without the need for ground fibre, on September 19. Ambani also stated that the company aims to complete the national 5G rollout by the end of this year. With a customer base of over 450 million subscribers, Jio has experienced significant growth since its launch in 2016, with an average user consuming over 25 GB of data per month.
