Century Plyboards sets up its largest integrated wood panel manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh

Kolkata-based Century Plyboards India Ltd has opened its largest integrated wood panel manufacturing plant in Badvel, Andhra Pradesh. The plant, with an initial investment of Rs 1,000 crore, will produce laminates, MDF, and PVC boards. It is expected to generate over 2,000 jobs. The facility, spanning 100 acres, will receive an additional investment of Rs 1,000 crore in the next few years. The plant aims to become the highest revenue-generating location in the company's history, with an estimated revenue of over Rs 1,400 crore.
