Used car mkt sees price surge, SUV demand

The value of used cars has increased due to soaring new car prices. The average ticket prices in the used car market have risen to 6-6.5 lakh from Rs 3-3.5 lakh. The demand for used SUVs has led to lower prices, with SUVs available for as low as Rs 3.5 lakh compared to hatchbacks starting at Rs 2 lakh.
