Investors don’t have right to vote on CEO change: Byju’s

Despite significant pressure from major investors to remove Byju's founder and group CEO Byju Raveendran from his leadership position and restructure the company's board, which has largely become a family-operated entity, Raveendran has firmly stated that he has no intentions of stepping down from his role at the helm. The company has labeled the investors' actions as a conspiracy instead.
