Fly91, a new regional airline, has received its air operator permit and plans to connect Lakshadweep to more cities. With Manoj Chacko as the founder, Fly91 aims to have a fleet of 32 ATRs in five years, starting with daily flights between Goa and Agatti by mid-June.
