R Balki on Rajesh Khanna's last project

Rajesh Khanna, the first superstar of Hindi cinema, was in the hospital just days before shooting his last project, an advertisement directed by R Balki. Despite his illness, Khanna insisted on completing the project and arrived at the set in an air ambulance. Balki recalled how Khanna, with medical tubes still attached, rehearsed and filmed the ad in just an hour and a half.
