BTS’ RM pens emotional goodbye letter to the ARMY

RM, also known as Kim Namjoon, is set to enlist in the military today. Ahead of his enlistment, he penned a heartfelt letter to his fans expressing his emotions. He mentioned Seokjin hyung and Hoseok who had gone through this before him, giving him courage. RM shared his belief that the 18-month period of military service will bring new inspiration and learning. He expressed his gratitude for the love and support of his fans and promised to be a constant presence in their lives. RM will enlist with V today, and he, along with V, Jimin, and Jungkook, requested privacy during their military service.
