Big B rents out office for Rs 2 crore

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has leased four units of his office space in the Lotus Signature building to Warner Music company. The prime space is adjacent to Sajid Nadiadwala's Oshiwara office and will serve as a hub for the company's activities. The lease period is 5 years, starting from March 2024. Bachchan purchased the units in August 2023 for an estimated Rs 7.18 crore each. This deal adds to his impressive business ventures, which include renting out luxury apartments in the city.
