Demolition work kick-starts at Aamir's Pali Hill bungalow

Aamir Khan's Pali Hill apartments, Bella Vista and Marina, are being demolished for redevelopment. The Bollywood star, owning a significant portion of the buildings, is involved in the project partnered with Atmosphere Realty. Owners anticipate larger apartments in the new luxury structure, estimated to cost between ₹80,000-₹1,25,000 per square foot.
