Debuting with 'Om Shanti Om' in 2007, Deepika stated she never felt like an outsider, emphasizing her dedication and passion. Shah Rukh Khan, also a non-industry entrant, echoed similar sentiments, believing Mumbai and Bollywood embraced him as his own.
