Inquiry 'reinforces guilt' of convicted child killer Kathleen Folbigg, former chief judge concludes

An inquiry into the 2003 conviction of "Australia's worst female killer" Kathleen Megan Folbigg has produced evidence that "reinforces her guilt", a former Chief Judge of the District Court has concluded.
