Confidence in RAF chief and leadership team hits all time low
Thursday, 1 June 2023 Confidence in the head of the Royal Air Force and his leadership team has halved in the past two years to its lowest-ever level and aviators are at their least happy since records began, a survey has revealed.

The Royal Air Force airdropped over 10 tonnes of food supplies into Gaza for the first time on Monday, as part of international efforts to provide life-saving assistance to civilians. An RAF A400M flew from Amman, Jordan to airdrop this aid along the northern coastline of Gaza, as part of the Jordanian-led international aid mission. The UK has airdropped food supplies into Gaza for the first time as the Defence Secretary urged Israel to allow more aid into the war-torn territory. Grant Shapps authorised the airdrop following an assessed reduction in threat to the military mission and risk to civilians. An RAF A400M aircraft flew from Amman to drop the supplies along Gaza’s northern coastline as part of a Jordanian-led international aid mission, according to the Ministry of Defence.
