Two NASA astronauts could be stranded in space until 2025
Thursday, 8 August 2024 Two NASA astronauts stuck on the International Space Station (ISS) for more than two months could be forced to stay until February 2025 because of concerns over the safety of the spacecraft that brought them into orbit.
NASA’s Perseverance rover has discovered a bizarre, skull-shaped rock—dubbed “Skull Hill”—on the Jezero Crater rim of Mars. The dark, angular rock with tiny pits sharply contrasts the surrounding terrain. Scientists speculate it may have formed through erosion or resulted from an ancient impact event.
