Wednesday, 27 November 2024 Six people have been arrested in London as part of a counter-terrorism investigation into suspected activity linked to the proscribed group Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).

Recep Tayyip Erdogan claimed the disarmament of the Kurdish PKK militant group as a victory for his country after its members began laying down their weapons in a symbolic ceremony on Friday.
