Pune gangrape and murder case: Maharashtra women's commission writes to SC to reverse life sentence to death

The Maharashtra State Commission for Women has sought a reversal from the Supreme Court of a July ruling of the Bombay high court which commuted death sentence to life for convicts in the 2008 Pune BPO rape and murder case.
