CBI questions 2 aides of Deshmukh, may soon call ex-min for statement
The CBI on Sunday questioned two personal assistants of former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh for over four hours in connection with the Rs 100 crore extortion allegation levelled by former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh. The CBI is likely to record Deshmukh’s statement this week.
