24 extreme weather events in West Bengal this year: Report

In just one year, the impact of climate change has become far more severe in Bengal. While there were only 10 extreme weather events in the whole of 2022, in just over five months this year, there have already been 24 such events in Bengal, revealed the latest report of Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) on the state of India's environment 2023 on the eve of World Environment Day.
