Russia Charges US of Meddling in India's Election, Questions Lack of Evidence in Pannun Case

Russia dismissed US accusations against India in the foiled assassination attempt of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, criticizing Washington's lack of credible evidence and accusing it of disrespecting India. Maria Zakharova, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, condemned the US's "neo-colonial mentality" and suggested it reflected a misunderstanding of India's national character.
