The state government on Wednesday opposed the bail application filed by social activist Teesta Setalvad, who is facing charges of trying to frame PM Narendra Modi and others by propagating a larger conspiracy behind the 2002 riots and termed her a politician's tool tasked with defaming Gujarat.
