India's road network grew 59 per cent in the last 9 years to become the second largest in the world after US, Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday.Gadkari said that the country's road infrastructure now stands at 1,45,240 km compared to 91,287 km in 2013-14.Earlier, China used to have the second largest road network in the world.
