Punjab floods: CM Bhagwant Mann inspects breached embankments

As he inspected the ongoing work of plugging the breach in Dhussi bandh of river Satluj on Friday, chief minister Bhagwant Mann announced that the state government would soon provide free saplings of high yielding varieties of paddy to the farmers.
