A fortnight after mocking Rahul Gandhi, Himanta Biswa Sarma lauds Assam minister for farming

Just a fortnight ago, Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had mocked former Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for trying his hands at farming. However, on Sunday, he heaped praises on his agriculture minister for doing the same. The CM also announced that very soon, all his ministers, senior officers and he will start spending a fixed number of days in villages across the state.
