21 terrorists killed in J&K encounters in June-July

June and July were the deadliest for terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir, with 21 killed in encounters between June 1 and July 20. In the first five months of 2023, 14 terrorists were neutralised. ββAfter a decline in the number of terrorists killed in J&K between January and April β with four fatalities recorded in January, 3 in February, 1 in March and nil in April β the graph started rising in May with 6 fatalities. It shot up to 13 in June. Till July 20, 8 fatalities were recorded.
