Bengaluru-Mumbai flight delayed by 10 hours, passengers stranded

Passengers, including the elderly, had a harrowing time as an Air India flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai took off after a 10-hour delay from Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). Most of them waited for hours near the departure gates without a clue on the reason for the delay.
