40 years on, 3 retired officials get 4-year jail for Tamil Nadu fraud

Three retired government officials, all aged 65-plus, have been sentenced to four-year jail term for a financial fraud they committed 40 years ago. Though the four officials were found guilty, one died during the pendency of the case.
