Buoyed by the recent success of India’s historic Chandrayaan-3 landing on the lunar south pole, PM Narendra Modi, at the G20 Summit on Saturday, proposed to launch a G20 satellite mission for environment and climate observation, with an aim to help the countries of the Global South.
