Hooch kills 2 in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar, 2 turn blind

​Two people died on Sunday and two others lost their vision in a suspected hooch tragedy in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district, the latest in a string of such tragedies in less than a year in the dry state. The alleged liquor seller, Shivchandra Paswan, is absconding but police have detained his wife and daughter.
