Documentary on PM Modi: Delhi HC issues fresh notices to BBC

The Delhi High Court has issued fresh notices to the BBC (UK) and BBC (India) on a plea by an NGO alleging that the documentary "India: The Modi Question" defames Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian judiciary. The NGO has sought damages of Rs 10,000 crore for the loss of reputation caused to the PM, the government, and the people of India. The government had previously banned the documentary. The court has listed the matter for December 15.
