No need to delete ‘fake’ post flagged by fact check unit: HC told

The Bombay High Court has asked the Indian government to reconsider its position on social media intermediaries' obligation to comply with the Fact Check unit (FCU) rule. The FCU rule aims to combat fake, false, and misleading information on social media about the government's business.
