A video clip showing an ambulance carrying a sick child being stopped for an hour to let CM Nitish Kumar's carcade pass has gone viral, sparking anger from people on social media. The ambulance was on its way to seek medical attention in Patna when it was halted by police on the Fatuha-Daniawan National Highway.
