Rebel NCP leader Ajit Pawar has been holding review meetings and giving instructions to bureaucrats, surprising the CM and DCM of Maharashtra. Pawar has presided over multiple meetings to discuss pending projects in drought-affected areas and explore funding options. He has also reviewed the status of power supply and pending applications for agriculture pumps. Meanwhile, Aaditya Thackeray, a Shiv Sena leader, has been causing trouble for the CM's media team by taking credit for actions that were already planned or cancelled before his announcements. The CMO has struggled to keep up with Aaditya's moves.
