Old City set to log into IT boom with Rs 700 crore iconic tower at Malakpet

A new IT tower is set to be built in the Old City area of Hyderabad, India, at a cost of Rs 700 crore. The tower, called iTEK Nucleus, will cover an 11-acre area and create 50,000 jobs. It will be a 30-storey building with a sky lounge offering a 360-degree view of the city. The project is being developed by the Telangana government in partnership with private companies and is expected to be completed within 36 months. The tower aims to promote innovation and collaboration in the tech industry in Hyderabad.
