Karthyayani Amma, the 101-year-old woman who became famous for clearing the Akshara Laksham literacy examination at the age of 96, has passed away. Despite her achievements, she was unable to fulfill her dream of clearing the Class 10 equivalency exam. Karthyayani Amma's journey inspired many, and she received numerous honors and awards for her determination. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Governor Arif Mohammad Khan expressed their condolences and praised her for inspiring others to continue their education.
