Shankar Mahadevan to compose & take Sangh anthem to international audience

Musician Shankar Mahadevan, who will be the chief guest at the RSS' 98th foundation day function, is planning to compose the RSS anthem on a larger musical ensemble and take it to the global audience. He had a detailed discussion with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on musical nuances. Bhagwat emphasized the use of Indian ragas in compositions. Mahadevan is the first musician in the last decade to be the chief guest at the Vijaya Dashami function.
