Crippling after-effects of bus accident turned Bengaluru IT firm staffer into dosa seller

Veena Ramesh, a resident of Bengaluru, was left with severe after-effects following a bus accident in 2012. The accident crushed her right leg and despite undergoing multiple operations, part of her leg had to be removed. Veena struggled with her condition but managed to complete her MBA and work in various jobs. However, due to worsening leg condition, she had to quit her job and start selling dosas on the street. She converted a Maruti Omni into a mobile dosa shop and has received a positive response so far.
