BJP hits out at Gehlot govt, alleges it is for 'rapist bachao'
Saturday, 11 November 2023 () The BJP has criticized the law and order situation in Rajasthan after a sub inspector raped a five-year-old girl. The party accused the state government of inaction and said that perpetrators of such crimes have become fearless. The BJP spokesperson questioned the silence of Congress leaders and alleged that the government has a system to protect rapists. The spokesperson also accused the government of victim-shaming and cited comments made by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and minister Shanti Dhariwal. Assembly elections are due in Rajasthan on November 25.
