Ghaziabad: Friend hurls cracker to scare man, he dies after it bursts near his leg

A 30-year-old man in Ghaziabad died after a firecracker thrown by his friend burst near his leg. The incident occurred in Jhandapur colony on Diwali night. The man suffered a severe leg injury and lost a lot of blood. He was taken to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. The friend who threw the cracker, Pradeep, is currently untraceable, and police have formed two teams to find him. An FIR has been registered against him under Section 304 of the IPC.
