GRAP IV: Only eco-friendly buses to enter Delhi now

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 15 November 2023
The Delhi government plans to ban all buses from entering the city, except for those running on CNG, electric, and BS-VI diesel. Currently, buses from Haryana and other parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) are not restricted. The ban will be applicable to buses from all states and is part of the GRAP-IV restrictions. The government is waiting for the Chhath Puja rush to end before implementing the new rule. Additionally, diesel-registered medium and heavy-goods vehicles are also prohibited under GRAP-IV, except those transporting essential goods and services.
