Girl dies after falling into vessel with hot sambar

A small girl, seven-year-old, died after falling into a vessel which was containing hot sambar at her school in Karnataka's Kalaburagi. After falling into the van, she got badly injured and later on, succumbed to her burn injuries at Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru on Sunday. School headmaster Lalabi Nadaf and in-charge headmaster Raju Chavan were suspended on charges of negligence after the block education officer submitted his report. The head cook of the school, Kasturbai Talakeri, has been suspended.
