Transferred 3 days before retirement, employee pens strongly-worded letter to Railway Board

Senior engineer from Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur division of South East Central Railway (SECR) left shocked after being transferred to the Northern Railway (NR) zone in Delhi just days before retirement. KP Arya pens letter expressing frustration at the transfer, calling it 'sheer madness'. Despite a vacant post in SECR, Railway Board chooses to transfer Arya to NR. Transfer disrupts superannuation settlement and causes harassment in last days of service. Arya considers transfer a means of harassment and exposes misconduct of Railway Board officials in his letter.
