FBI chief to visit India amid probe into Khalistani terrorist's foiled murder plot
US FBI chief Christopher Wray will visit India next week amidst allegations of India's involvement in a foiled plot to kill a Khalistani terrorist on US soil. This visit strengthens the India-US bilateral relationship. Previously, CIA Director William J Burns and Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines visited India to seek a probe into the matter. US Principal Deputy NSA Jonathan Finer also visited India this week and conveyed the importance of holding those responsible accountable. India has constituted a probe team to investigate the allegations.
