Seat sans cushion: IndiGo flyer says buses are better

Passenger Arun Sindhwani faced an ordeal on an IndiGo flight when he discovered that the seat he had pre-booked, 2C, did not have a cushion. The cabin crew offered him an alternative seat, but he insisted on occupying his designated seat. Finally, the crew replaced the cushion on seat 2C, and Sindhwani flew to Bengaluru as originally planned.
