Vote ‘tactfully’ to be part of govt: Congress to ulemas in UP

UP Congress minority cell writes to 'ulema' urging them to understand the importance of tactful voting in the Muslim outreach campaign. The lackadaisical approach towards politics has made Muslims negative voters, voting to defeat BJP without realizing the consequences. Other communities have better bargaining positions and vote strategically for their party or candidate. Muslims need leadership representation and constituencies reserved for them. Congress aims to change this situation and urges Muslims to become positive voters and be a part of the government.
