IndiaTimes Tuesday, 19 December 2023
Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Monday dared the SFI to stop him and spurning police protection, undertook an impromptu stroll down the busy SM Street in Kozhikode. He had repeatedly called the SFI activists goondas while the union chanted highly provocative slogans and pasted posters targeting Khan personally. Asked about the CM's statement that the governor was deliberately making provocations, Khan retorted: "A bully... You know his history. How many murders was he involved in Kannur? What a bully will say".
