Ready to strengthen SAD if Badal quits as party chief: Bibi Jagir Kaur

She emphasizes the need to protect Sikh institutions and address system flaws. Despite being contacted by SAD leaders, Kaur maintains her stance and will not attend the SAD's revival meeting organized by Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa.
