3 cops booked for raping minor for 2 years in Rajasthan

In Rajasthan's Alwar district, a case has been registered against three constables for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl over a period of nearly two years. The police, acting on a complaint filed by the survivor's mother, initiated the case under Sections 376-D (gang-rape) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Tejpal Singh, the additional SP of Alwar, confirmed that the survivor came forward to report the incident, leading to the registration of a gang-rape case against the three police personnel.
